Project Description:

Cantrell & Crowley Architects were asked to carry out a feasibility study to assess the potential of this site. A scheme incorporating commercial retail at ground floor apartment over was developed. A total of 38 apartments are located over 6 floors, including a mix of one, two and three bed unit. The project also includes 3 spacious penthouse apartments with expansive views.
