This house has been designed as one of two houses on a site formally occupied by a single property.

The house is approximately 1,400sqft in size and contains 2 bedrooms and a study.  The living areas are arranged in an open plan layout and connect to the rear west facing garden.  The house is conceived as a pavilion to the rear of a larger house on Castlepark Road.  A clean contemporary style is adopted, with a beige brick used at ground floor level and a timber cladding used above.
