Cedar Rooms Restaurant at Farnham Estate is awarded 2 AA Rosettes for culinary excellence

Cantrell & Crowley Architects extend their congratulations to all at Farnham Estate Spa & Golf resort on their well deserved double AA Rosette award for culinary excellence at the recently refurbished Cedar Rooms restaurant. Cantrell & Crowley were part of the design team commissioned by Windward Management Limited to restore and convert an old stone building known as the ‘Dairy Building’ into this Fine Dining Restaurant with 140 covers. The restaurant named after one of the oldest trees on the Estate, the magnificent Cedar of Lebanon which stands pride of place on Farnham Lawn, was designed with the objective of creating a space which would be enjoyed by the guest and remembered as a place of relaxation and enjoyment.
