Project Description:

The development comprises of 13 new houses within the curtilage of Annefield House, a protected structure dating from the mid-19th century. A central landscaped area is created in front of Annefield and the new houses are arranged around this open space, facing onto it.

A new access road into the site is created off Sydenham Road, and a bespoke house is located at this new entrance. There are a number of other house types ranging from 1,500sqft to 3,000sqft with 3,4 and 5 bed houses included in the mix.
