Project Description:

The project consists of the construction of 2no. new houses on the grounds of Wroxton, a property on Brighton Road in Foxrock. Each house is part three-storey part single-storey and include 4 bedrooms as well as a study, totalling 268sqm. The new houses are contemporary in design, while respecting the architectural language and character of the area. The use of brick, stone and render in the facing materials and the provision of a steep pitch to the roofs ensures that the design is consistent with neighbouring properties.
