Project Description:

Dublin City Council invited proposals for the rejuvenation of a derelict inner city site on Bridgefoot Street. We acted for Bennett Construction Ltd. as lead designers for the project which included 200 residential units, a community centre, commercial offices and retail elements. Our design was selected on a shortlist of 2 proposals in 2006.

In 2008 Dublin City Council took the decision not to proceed with the project.
