Project Description:
A curved plan was adopted to resolve this corner site bounded by the Stillorgan dual carriageway, Priory Drive and the adjoining telephone exchange building. It comprises two main floors of offices with the architects’ light filled studio located on the first floor with exposed steel structure reminiscent of an artist studio, together with a mezzanine floor containing individual offices and boardrooms. These are expressed externally as a feature lead box set into the curved limestone facade.
