When the Pharmacy on the corner of Sorrento Road was purchased, it enabled The Sorrento Lounge to be extended give it street frontage to both Railway Road and Sorrento Road in Dalkey. Owned by the Finnegan family it also enabled the bar counter to be extended and to provide a state of the art kitchen for its renowned food trade, which attracts many celebrities living locally.
