Project Description:

Two speculatively built houses in the grounds of an old Victorian residence, on one of Dublin’s most prestigious roads. Both houses have floor areas in excess of 650 sq m with five bedrooms and incorporating home cinemas and a gym in their basements together with detached garages. They have been designed in a simple and respectful manner as a modern interpretation of the original.
