Project Description:

Rosehill Cottage is a 3 storey detached dwelling of 300 sq.m. The house was constructed in 2014 on the historic grounds of Rosehill House in Blackrock. The design adopts a conventional approach sympathetic to its setting with symmetrical pitched roofs and glass bays representing a contemporary interpretation of the main house, yet subservient in its appearance. Original features, such as the original stone wall were retained and utilised to separate the public and private areas of the house.
