Project Description:

This aparthotel occupies the site of the former Tivoli Theatre on Francis Street. The 5 storey building is arranged around a central landscaped plaza, which provides an area for external dining and performances. The building incorporates 242no. serviced apartments in a mix of studios and one bed units, along with retail, restaurant and an internal exhibition facility.

Cantrell & Crowley Architects have been appointed as a member of the Design Build Team to bring the project through to completion, with Staycity Aparthotels due to operate the facility.
