Project Description:

The site is located in Newmarket, Dublin 8, which comprises a historic square that is intended to be developed as a new urban destination. Our new development comprises 370 student units approximately, along with ancillary uses such as leisure and retail set around a landscaped internal courtyard. This project is a collaboration with UK based architects Boyes Rees Architects.
